Our advantage.

Our advantages and strengths are flexibility in adjusting to our client’s needs. Since we are a small company, we are capable of both manufacturing bulk orders for major manufacturers in a fast and expeditious manner and accepting orders for smaller quantities as well as different chemical compositions.

Quality control.

In order to ensure the quality of alloys, which meets our client’s requirements, the quality control of alloys takes place with the help of Spectromax stationary metal analyzer. Pre-production samples cast during the manufacturing process are tested with the help of the analyzer in order to determine the chemical composition of alloy. A couple of samples are taken for each melt, which enable to ensure the quality control during the entire casting process.
